Gun Fired During West Tulsa Attempted Robbery

Police say a man started shooting during a robbery attempt at a west Tulsa motel early Monday.

Officers said a man went to the window at the Holiday Motel in the 3200 block of Charles Page Boulevard at 12:18 a.m. and when the clerk failed to respond to him, fired several shots into the air.

The man then ran away.

Police said the clerk was not injured.
