Thunderstorms, Hail, Strong Winds Possible South Of Tulsa

The News On 6 WARN team is forecasting a chance for severe thunderstorms with large hail, strong winds and the possibility of a tornado across Oklahoma and Arkansas Friday afternoon and evening.

The greatest areas of concern will be south central and southeast Oklahoma as well as southeast Kansas.

Currently, rain with some embedded thunderstorms are slowing moving eastward across southeast Oklahoma Friday afternoon.

Looking ahead to Sunday, another round of thunderstorms are expected to move across Oklahoma Sunday night.
