Police say a Dewey man was booked into jail April 18, 2015, after attacking another man with a knife during a domestic argument at a Bartlesville home in the 500 block of Larchmont Drive.
The dispatcher told police they could hear screaming in the background during the 911 call.
A woman at the home told officers Tyler Shea, 27, forced his way inside, punched and stabbed a man with a small knife. He then ran away.
The woman said Shea was screaming for her to drop a protective order against him. She also said he smelled of alcohol and threatened to kill her boyfriend.
Shea was arrested a short time later during a police traffic stop. He reportedly told police the woman's boyfriend was "lucky he's still breathing."
Prosecutors charged Shea with assault and battery with intent to kill, burglary, maiming and violating a protective order.
During a court appearance, a Washington County judge ordered Shea held on a $500,000 bond pending a May 8, 2015,Dew court hearing.
