Firefighters say someone started a small fire in the living room of a vacant Tulsa home early Tuesday.

The fire department was called to the home in the 1300 block of East 51st Place North near Peoria at about 1:30 a.m.

Fire investigators believe a homeless person broke a front window to enter the home. The fire damaged the home's living room.  Neighbors reported seeing an unidentified woman in the home prior to the fire.

The fire department said all the utilities to the home had been turned off and the rest of the home's windows had been boarded up.
