Dental Office Provides Smiles To Needy Tulsans

A Tulsa dental office paid it forward Friday.

Dentists at Perfect Smile said they're thankful for the support they get so they launched Dentistry from the Heart.

Several hygienists, dentists, an oral surgeon and others did all kinds of dental work Friday, including cleaning teeth, doing fillings and pulling teeth for 150 patients.

"Many people just can't afford dentistry. They don't have any insurance, they've got other things, other bills they have to take care of, so they just don't do their dentistry, and when they're finally able to get here and get their work done, they're so happy, they're so thankful, it makes us feel good," Dr. Mark Davis said.

This is the second year for Dentistry from the Heart.
