Tulsa police arrested a 24-year-old man that officers said raped a girl half his age.
Detectives said Derick Brown met the 13-year-old on a cellphone app about a month ago.
They said she snuck out of her home once to meet him.
Police said the girl told Brown she was a minor and that he could get in trouble but said it was worth the risk.
According to reports, several days later, the girl's parents found out and called police.
Police said they responded to a message, pretending to be the girl. Police said they chatted over the app and set up a meeting.
The report says once Brown arrived at the girl's house he was arrested by officers waiting for him.
He's being held on several complaints, including first degree rape. Jail records show he's facing a $180,000 bond.
