Two kids in Muskogee got the chance to live out a dream Tuesday.
They were sworn in as police officers at school, then hopped in the Special Operations armored vehicle and headed to the officer's obstacle training course.
The boys got to see what flash-bang grenades and gas grenades really look like, plus they say a K-9 demonstration.
"The team members seem like they've had a blast with doing all of it. And it's definitely something we want to keep doing," said Muskogee Police Officer, Lincoln Anderson.
Officer for a day, Gage Foreman said, "We have a bigger respect, because I didn't know they put this much practice and work into it."
Muskogee Police said this is just one more way they can bond with kids.
They said it's important kids know officers are normal people and their uniforms are not something to be scared of.
