A standoff near Pine and Lewis ended peacefully when the suspect surrendered Friday night.

Police said it started around 5:00 Friday evening when a man fired a shot after an argument. He then barricaded himself inside a home.

Police said when they arrived they made several attempts to contact the man, 51-year-old Billy Walker, but in three hours, they never got a response.

Tulsa Police Captain, Mike Williams said police eventually threw a flash-bang inside the home and the suspect inside surrendered.

Williams said a similar incident happened Thursday where Walker pointed a gun at the victim.

Police said no one was shot and that Walker didn't shoot at the other person, but fired to let the person know the gun was real.

Williams said Walker is a career criminal with a history of mental issues along with drugs and alcohol.

The name of the other person has not been released.

Williams said walker was arrested for pointing a deadly weapon.
