Tulsa Police say an argument between two brothers over who would care for their disabled sister led to a stabbing Sunday night.

Officers said they were called to a home in the 1500 block of North Knoxville about a stabbing at about 11:30 p.m. They found Troy Covington, 37, lying on the porch with a stab wound to the leg.

Police said he told them he had gotten into an argument with his brother over the care of their sister who uses a wheelchair and had recently been released from the hospital.

Officers found his brother, 36-year-old Marvin Covington, at his home on North Oswego and arrested him.

They booked Marvin Covington into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of a domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon. Police said the victim's wife took the sister to her home.
