There are new developments in a high-speed crash that killed an elderly woman in September 2014.
Prosecutors have charged James Blisst with negligent homicide and reckless driving. Police said he was driving 52 miles per hour over the speed limit when he crashed into another car on 71st Street near Harvard.
Emma Jean Bennett, 82, was killed.
Police said she probably never saw the Camaro coming at her.
The black box in Blisst's Camaro shows that he was going 97 mph three seconds before the crash and that he never hit his brakes, according to investigators.
