Willie The Ponca City Dog Turns 18

He may not have nine lives like a cat - but one Ponca City dog is proving he is a survivor. Willie has been run over three times and stuck in a well for three days.

Here's the lucky dog - celebrating his 18th birthday Friday, March 6. In people years, he's 126!

To celebrate, Willie's party planners are collecting items for his friends at the Ponca City Humane Society shelter.
