One of the biggest school bond votes in Oklahoma history will be decided Tuesday in Tulsa.
There are bond votes on the ballot in both Tulsa and Sapulpa.
The Tulsa Public School bond issue is for $415 million.
It would do a number of things, including replacing portable buildings used for classrooms, increase technology for students and incorporate storm shelters in 19 schools.
Sapulpa voters will decide a $6.5 million bond issue.
It's in four parts and would pay for necessary repairs to the Sahoma Lake dam as well as replace a leaky sewer line that city leaders said is an environmental hazard.
The rest of the money would be used for a new sports complex and an animal shelter.
