The Oklahoma attorney general reached an agreement with a Miami restaurant owner accused of sexual harassment.

It's the first time since the 70s that the A.G. has pursued a case under the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act.

Three waitresses at the Chinese Chef's Buffet accused Yun Chang of groping them and making suggestive comments to them on several occasions.

They said when they reported him, he retaliated by cutting their hours and even offered two of them $1,000 each to drop the case.

If Chang follows the agreement for five years, the A.G. will dismiss the case.
