Tulsa Police Make Second Arrest In Fatal Barber Shop Shooting

Tulsa police made a second arrest Thursday in a fatal north Tulsa barber shop shooting.

Police said during their investigation, they discovered at least two people were involved in a shooting that left one dead and three others injured; one person that fired into the shop at a customer, the other was the customer being fired on by the shooter outside.

Chadrick Colbert was arrested February 7, and, in a release, Tulsa police said they were able to arrested 24-year-old Dezmen Smith Thursday.

Police said it was possibly a gang related shooting that left 41-year-old Keith Liggins dead, but police don't believe he was the intended target.

Tulsa Police Sergeant, Dave Walker said the investigation is ongoing and that they are working with several departments.
