Gravel Spill Stops Traffic On Tulsa Highway Ramp

A gravel spill on a Tulsa highway ramp slowed traffic Thursday morning. 

Tulsa Police closed off the ramp from Pine to southbound Highway 169 for more than an hour after numerous drivers called about the debris.

The street department used a front end loader to remove the gravel before police reopened the ramp. 

Police haven't said where the gravel came from but it's possible the source was a concrete mixer truck seen on the shoulder of 169 just south of the on ramp.
