Cold, Wet Weekend Ahead For Eastern Oklahoma

The News On 6 WARN team expects a cold rain to fall across most of eastern Oklahoma this weekend.

News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone says colder air and along with rain will dominate the state this weekend.

Crone says Saturday's high in Tulsa should be about 46 degrees with a 90 percent chance of rain. On Sunday, the temperature will only make it to around 38 degrees, but the chance of rain drops to 60 percent for the day.

He says that moisture will more than likely quickly leave the area Sunday with just a little mixed precipitation across the region.

Crone is forecasting the colder air will hang around into Monday with a low Monday morning expected near 19 degrees in Tulsa.
