Tulsa Police have released surveillance video of an armed robbery that took place in south Tulsa Sunday, January 11, 2015.
Police say a man stole money, a package of cigarettes and a 12-pack of beer.
A news release states that robber wearing a black face mask entered the Phillips 66 at 7854 East 91st Street at 7:43 a.m. He was armed with a handgun.
An employee at the store tried to lock himself behind the counter, but the robber forced his way in and demanded money. After getting the cash, he also took Newport cigarettes and Corona, police say.
The general suspect description is a male, 5'10" to 6 feet and 175 to 180 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing and a black mask.
