Police said a gunman who's been on the run since shooting two people at a New Year's Eve party has surrendered.

Police said a gunman who's been on the run since shooting two people at a New Year's Eve party has surrendered.

Deputies said Steven Courtney knew he had a warrant out for his arrest, and turned himself in at the Tulsa jail.

Police said he shot one person in the stomach and another in the leg at Nara Cafe in south Tulsa.

Employees said armed security guards were working the New Year's Eve event but police said Courtney, somehow, slipped past them.
