According to the report the McCullar then turned north onto Olive and hit a vehicle.
The officer said after the crash McCullar got out of the SUV, ran to a QuikTrip parking lot and fell.
The report says the officer chased after McCullar who had turned around from the parking lot and was running back toward Olive where he fell again.
