Tulsa Teen Charged With Sexual Assault Arrested In Florida

Police said a tip led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man wanted for forcible sodomy, domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery in in Tulsa.

Joshwah Aron Moore was arrested in Orange County, Florida and is being held in jail until he can be transported back to Tulsa.

Police say the victim confronted Moore over using her mother's credit card. The victim and Moore got into a fight and he threatened her with a knife, according to court documents.

Moore reportedly admitted to threatening the woman to "strike fear" in her but claimed the sexual contact was consensual.
