Ingredients:
1 pound of Oklahoma Joe's Smoked Sausage sliced ¼ inch
1 Pound of Oklahoma Joe's Hot Links sliced ¼ inch
1 pound of Lil Smokies
1- Quart can of pineapple chunks save the juice
2- jars of maraschino cherries save the juice
1- Red bell pepper
1- Green bell pepper
¼ cup of maple syrup
2 table spoons of corn starch
Directions:
Slice the sausage in ¼ inch slices.
Dice the bell peppers into ½ inch chunks.
Sauté the sausages until brown in a large skillet.
When the sausage is almost done browning add in the bell pepper and sauté.
Drain the cherries and pineapples making sure to reserve the juice.
Add cherries and pineapple to the skillet.
Mix the juices then blend in the corn starch until fully dissolved.
Add the juice to the skillet.
Add the maple syrup to skillet.
Gently bring the mixture to a low roll boil.
Remove from heat and serve.
