Loans Available To Those Interested In Developing Downtown Tulsa

There are $4 million in loans available for developing downtown Tulsa. The money is part of the 2013 Improve Our Tulsa campaign.

The short term, zero-interest loans can be used for new construction or redeveloping an existing structure, but not for buying land.

The goal of the program is revitalize downtown Tulsa with high quality buildings, places and experiences.
