Tulsa Police say the armed robbery suspect wounded by an officer last week is the so-called "Mummy Robber," who disguised himself with gauze in a series of crimes.
Sergeant Brandon Watkins said Michael Muehlberg will be charged with six armed robberies once he's released from the hospital.
Muehlberg, 30, was on probation on an armed robbery conviction when he reportedly committed the crimes. He is suspected of robbing an IBC Bank and five check cashing places.
