Water Main Break Creates 30-Foot Geyser In South Tulsa

<p>At least one Tulsa water main break is causing traffic headaches Thursday morning.</p>

A broken 10-inch water main in a parking lot in the 5100 block of South 103rd East Avenue created a 30-foot geyser. 

The break is in an industrial park area is not affecting traffic on nearby streets. 

City of Tulsa workers are repairing that break as well as a break at 92nd East Avenue and East 11th Street. The city says that break is in a 12-inch line and has impacted 10 residents, six businesses and four hydrants. 

One eastbound lane of 11th Street is shut down because of the break. The city says repairs are expected to take most of the day Thursday.
