Rainfall across the Tulsa area has resulted in several crashes due to wet roads late Monday and early Tuesday.
Just after 10:30 p.m., the Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a semi headed west on I-44 where it merges with I-244 in west Tulsa went off the highway and jack-knifed.
Troopers said the semi's driver was going too fast at the time. The driver and a passenger were not injured.
About an hour later, Tulsa Police say the driver of an Toyota 4-wheeler headed north on Yale lost control on a curve near 86th Street South and rolled the vehicle. Police said the driver was going too fast for conditions and he wasn't injured.
And about 2:30 a.m. Tulsa Police and the Tulsa Fire Department responded to a vehicle stranded in high water at a railroad underpass on North Lewis at Independence.
Police said by the time emergency firefighters arrived a truck driver had pushed the stranded vehicle out of the high water. At last word the underpass was still closed to traffic in both directions.
