6 ounces Braum's block cheddar cheese, shredded
3 ounces Braum's block Pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 ½ stick Braum's unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
½ teaspoon Tabasco
1 ¾ cups flour
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a food processor, pulse together the shredded cheese, butter, egg and Tabasco sauce. In a medium sized bowl, combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, mustard and salt. Then add the flour mixture one cup at a time to the food processor, pulsing until a solid ball forms. Use a cookie press with the flower form to make the cheese blossoms. If you do not have a cookie press, make one inch balls. Lightly flatten with your hand and make crisscrosses with the tines of a fork. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet one inch apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Allow to cool on a parchment lined countertop, and store in an airtight container.
