Ingredients:
Breaded Chicken Breast 8oz 2 each
Marinara 6oz
Mozzarella Shredded 2oz
Spaghetti, Pasta 10oz
Parmesan Grated 2oz
Garlic bread 1 each
Directions:
Deep fry breaded chicken breasts until internal temp reaches 165 or above.
In Sautee pan add marinara, and par cooked noodles.
When the chicken is fully cooked, drain remaining oil.
Ladle 2 oz of marinara on toasted hoagie roll and shingle chicken chicken in salamander until cheese is fully melted.
Serve with pasta and 1 piece of garlic bread
Top chicken breasts with 2oz shredded mozzarella, 2oz shredded parmesan and 2oz grated parmesan.
Place chicken in salamander until cheese is fully melted. Serve with pasta and 1 piece of garlic bread.
