The Tulsa Police Department released the names of two officers and the suspect involved in Wednesday's fatal officer-involved shooting.

Officer Jeremy R. Ballard and Officer Donald T. Cox approached Jason E. Rogers at his home when they said he pulled a gun. The officers were there as a result of a domestic violence incident earlier in the week.

Reports said the officers were not there to serve a search warrant, they just wanted to talk with Rogers.

Once Rogers pulled his gun, according to reports, four shots were fired. It's unclear if any of the shots came from Rogers.

“I don't know who shot first. I do know that he drew his weapon,” said Tulsa Police Officer, Demita Kenard.

Rogers was hit and taken to a hospital where he later died.
