1 tub Braum's cream cheese
1 cup Braum's shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 pound jalapeno peppers
1 package Braum's bacon, cut in half
Preheat oven to 375 degrees or heat grill. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce and Sriracha sauce. Cut all of the jalapeno's in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture inside the jalapeno. Wrap with ½ slice of bacon placing seam side down. On the grill, cook the jalapenos on medium heat or until bacon is cooked through. In the oven, bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
TAILGATING TIP: Invest in disposable metal baking containers. They are perfect for keeping food warm on the grill without direct heat.
