Tulsa County DA's Office Says No Charges In Officer-Involved Fatal Shooting

The Tulsa County District Attorney's Office tells News On 6, they will not file charges against three Tulsa Police officers involved in a deadly shooting on September 2, 2014. 

The officers shot and killed Mark Kelley, 45, when they say he charged them with a knife.

Records show Kelley had already stabbed himself before the officers arrived, and told them they'd have to shoot him. The officers were placed on routine leave after the shooting.
