Tulsa Company Honored For Patriotism

The Department of Defense salutes a Tulsa company for its patriotism.

American Southwest Mortgage was recognized for going above and beyond in its support of employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve.

"They're worried about their families, friends, and just being away from home and being in a hostile environment. And so basically not being able to - not having to worry about a job back home, makes things that much easier,” said 2nd Lieutenant Nick Reynolds.

A military member of staff has to nominate their company before it can be considered for the honor.
