Hot Hot Dog
12" Hoagie Roll 1 each
12" Hot dog 1 each
Brisket Chili 4 oz
Cheese Wiz 2 oz
Diced Onions 2 oz
Sliced jalapenos 2 oz.
Bread & Butter Pickles 3 slices
1. Toast 12" Hoagie Roll.
2. Grill 12" hot dog on flat top until internal temp reaches 140 or above. Once desired temp is reached, top hoagie roll with hot dog.
3. Top dog with 4 oz brisket chili.
4. Top with 2 oz Cheese Wiz
5. Top with 2 oz diced onions.
6. Top with 2 oz sliced Jalapenos.
7. Garnish with 3 Bread and Butter pickle slices shingled
Lazy Dog
12" Hoagie Roll 1 each
12" Hot dog 1 each
Bread & Butter Pickles 3 slices
1. Toast 12" Hoagie Roll.
2. Grill 12" hot dog on flat top until internal temp reaches 140 or above. Once desired temp is reached, top hoagie roll with hot dog.
3. Garnish with 3 Bread and Butter pickle slices.
Sour Dog
12" Hoagie Roll 1 each
12" Hot dog 1 each
Yellow Mustard 2 oz
Sauerkraut 4 oz
Bread & Butter Pickles 3 slices
1. Toast 12" Hoagie Roll.
2. Grill 12" hot dog on flat top until internal temp reaches 140 or above. Once desired temp is reached, top hoagie roll with hot dog.
3. Top dog with 2 oz yellow mustard.
4. Sautee 4 oz sauerkraut on flat top until internal temp reaches 140 or above. Once internal temp is reached, top hot dog with sauerkraut.
5. Garnish with 3 Bread and Butter pickle slices.
