Tulsa Fire Department investigators blame a juvenile for a house fire near 43rd and Braden Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

Captain Stan May said he couldn't release any information about how the fire started, other than to say it was arson by juvenile. Tuesday afternoon he amended that, saying that based on National Fire Protection Standards, the Fire Marshal's Office has ruled the cause as juvenile/accidental.

A man who saw the fire while at a nearby restaurant helped save a woman and her two daughters who were trapped inside the burning home.
