A Tulsa man has been arrested for offering several underage people drugs in exchange for sexual favors, according to the Tulsa Police.
Clay Alan Nidiffer, 50, was booked on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, one count of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of selling beer or alcohol to a person under 21.
Nidiffer is a convicted felon, court records show, who is being held on a $68,000 bond.
Tulsa Police arrested Nidiffer in the 4500 block of East 21st Street late Sunday, according to an arrest report. The arresting officer says Nidiffer offered methamphetamine to a 20-year-old male and a 19-year-old male, "after which time he encouraged the subject to use the said drug in exchange for physical and sexual favors."
The Tulsa man also allegedly gave Xanax to a 16-year-old female and an 18-year-old female under the same conditions, the report states.
He reportedly offered whiskey and low-point beer to the underage people. Police say Nidiffer had methamphetamine in his car as well.
Court documents show Nidiffer pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and some traffic offenses in 2007 and was convicted of second degree burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle in 1986.
