The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested an Antlers man at his home Thursday morning for the murder of his nephew.
The OSBI says the arrest of Henry Cole, 69, followed an investigation into the death of Gene Cole on April 15, 2014. They say Gene Cole died of a shotgun wound to the neck.
On that date, the OSBI said Henry Cole called 911 saying he had discovered his nephew's body on his property.
During their investigation, the OSBI searched Henry Cole's home and found two shotguns. They said both guns were tested and determined one of the guns was used to shoot and kill Gene Cole.
Cole was booked into the Pushmataha County jail on a charge of first-degree murder.
