$10,000 Reward Offered In Rural Wagoner County House Fire

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office hopes a $10,000 reward will help them find an arsonist.

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office hopes a $10,000 reward will help them find an arsonist.

Deputies say on May 20, 2014, someone shot a family's two dogs and a horse, then burned their house down.  They believe the person who started the fire has a grudge against the homeowners.

Porter and Tallahassee fire departments responded to the fire in the 22500 block of South 365th East Avenue.

The Oklahoma State Fire Marshal's office is assisting in the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 918-485-3124.

The reward is $5,000 from Farm Bureau and $5,000 from an anonymous source.
