The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office hopes a $10,000 reward will help them find an arsonist.
Deputies say on May 20, 2014, someone shot a family's two dogs and a horse, then burned their house down. They believe the person who started the fire has a grudge against the homeowners.
Porter and Tallahassee fire departments responded to the fire in the 22500 block of South 365th East Avenue.
