Frosted Orange Smoothie

Charlotte Richert from the OSU-Tulsa Extension Office has a recipe for Frosted Orange Smoothie.

6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate

1 banana

1 cup reduced-fat yogurt (Greek yogurt is higher in protein and thicker)

1 cup water

½ teaspoon vanilla

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 6. An alternative, is to place all the ingredients in a freezer lock bag and blend by hand. This can be a fun teamwork activity too.
