On Memorial Day weekend, 141 new flags were raised at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow.
The flags honor each of the U.S. military members who died during their service to the country and are buried on the grounds.
A special ceremony also is held around the clock every half hour, and hundreds of people watched a group of 12 Civil Air Patrol cadets re-enacted the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns. There's a full replica of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the cemetery in Broken Arrow.

It's the only re-enactment of its kind in the United States.
The Civil Air Patrol cadets range in age from 12 to 20. They volunteer their time for months to prepare for and perform the Memorial Day re-enactment.
The new flags raised at the ceremony joined 3,311 others in a touching Oklahoma tribute, which was captured by photojournalist Desmond Nugent.
