Tulsa Police Respond To Shots Fired At Apartment Complex

Tulsa police, fire and EMSA are responding to a report of shots fired at an apartment complex in the 6500 block of South Newport Avenue.

Initial reports said a victim was found at the Riverbank Apartments, shot in the back. Upon arrival on the scene police said the person was shot in the foot.
