Sand Springs firefighters freed a woman from her car after a Tuesday morning wreck. It happened just after 10 a.m. in the 700 block of East Charles Page Boulevard.

Authorities say the 54-year-old woman was westbound on Charles Page weaving in and out of traffic when she clipped a truck then hit a pole.

Emergency workers say she was fortunate to have apparently sustained only minor injuries. She was taken to the hospital.

The location is near railroad tracks that run alongside Charles Page.
