For the Salad:
baby spinach (Three Springs Farm)
fresh strawberries (McClains)
feta cheese (LOMAH Dairy)
For the Vinaigrette:
Balsamic Vinegar
Native Pecan Oil (Knight Creek Farms)
Sea Salt & fresh ground pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the vinaigrette, set aside.
Directions:
Wash and slice strawberries. Add the spinach to a large bowl and crumble in the feta cheese, tossing with the vinaigrette to coat. Plate the salad and add the sliced berries to the top, finishing with a drizzle of the vinaigrette to serve.
