Police have added more complaints against a 19-year-old woman arrested on allegations that she tried to smother her 2-year-old son with a pillow.
Stormy Faye Jones is being held in the Tulsa County Jail on three counts of child abuse.
According to a report by Tulsa Police, officers went to Tulsa Extended Stay Inn on Sunday, April 13, 2014 to investigate a disturbance.
Officers say they were approached by a Good Samaritan who told them she had been asked to check on a 2-year-old and 5-month-old who were in room 2053 with their mother.
The Good Samaritan told officers she had seen the mother, Jones, holding a pillow over the face of the 2-year-old on the couch and yelling "Shut the f--- up" at the child. The Good Samaritan told police she intervened and when the pillow was removed the child's face was red.
Police say after they read Jones her rights she told them she'd been drinking but denied placing a pillow over the child's face.
Officers say further investigation revealed that a different witness had seen Jones covering the 2-year-old's mouth and pinching his nose on two separate occasions while at the witness' residence in Owasso a week earlier.
The witness told police Jones covered his mouth and pinched his nose with her hand to get him to stop crying. The witness also told officers Jones would constantly scream profanities at both the 2-year-old and the 5-month old.
Each of the three complaints of child abuse filed against Jones carries a bond of $50,000.
