A large fire is now under control northeast of Tulsa in the 1800 block of North 166th East Avenue. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion at about 1:15 p.m.

Emergency personnel were called to CMC Recycling, a scrap metal recycling company. A very large cloud of black smoke was visible on News On 6's SkyCam Network.

A pile of debris and a conveyor belt were on fire, according to the Rolling Hills Fire Department.

Authorities report that there are no injuries.

CMC Recycling had another explosion in February of last year. The company said at that time that they were in the process of shredding scrap metal when a small propane tank was inadvertently processed.
