Woman Shot While Watching Fight Outside West Tulsa Apartment

The Tulsa Police Department said a woman was shot in the foot while watching a fight between two men outside Western Pines Apartments early Monday.

Officers said two men were fighting in the parking lot in the 2400 block of South Maybell at about 1:15 a.m.

Witnesses told police one of the men pulled out a handgun and fired a shot hitting the 20-year-old woman.

EMSA took the victim to the hospital with what police said was a non-life threatening injury.

Police said no one was arrested and they are still investigating exactly what happened.
