A Tahlequah church is holding a community outreach Sunday to feed the hungry. Senior Pastors Terry and Debbie Stone of 29Eleven Church say the event will be held starting at 6 p.m. rain or shine, and they expect a big turnout.

The church is holding a "Drive-Thru Pantry" to hand out groceries to the community. They have bags of food stuffs packed and ready to go for 260 people who show up at their parking lot.

"It's a unique idea, and our parking lot is right off Highway 62 and Muskogee Avenue," Debbie Stone said.

Many volunteers will be showing up to help in the Community Connection event. The Assemblies of God Fellowship church is located at 3229 South Muskogee Avenue.
