Two brothers and their stepfather are in jail after several law enforcement agencies raided their south Tulsa home.

A report says 2.5 pounds of marijuana, $36,000 in cash, and what police referred to as an assault rifle, were found after executing a search warrant in the 8700 block of South Winston Place.

Ryan Circle, 23; Jake Circle, 20, and 59-year-old Timothy Royce were taken into custody Tuesday, March 11.

Ryan Circle was the target of the investigation, according to BAPD Cpl. Leon Calhoun. Police found 1,033.5 grams of marijuana, baggies, digital scales, a CMMG AR-15 with 21 rounds of ammunition loaded in a magazine - along with the cash - in his bedroom, the arrest report states.

He was booked on complaints of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, no tax stamp and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Brother Jake Circle was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and no tax stamp. The arresting officers say they found about 137 grams of pot, baggies, and a container of THC wax in his bedroom.

Royce was booked into Tulsa County Jail on complaints of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police say he had a marijuana smoking device in his pocket and a baggie of marijuana in his bedroom.

All three members of the family have been released on bond.

Tulsa Police and the United State Drug Enforcement Agency were involved with the arrests along with the BAPD Special Investigations Unit.
