OHP Investigates After Car Hits Beggs School Bus On Highway 75

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says two children on a Beggs School bus complained of minor injuries after their bus was struck in the rear by a car Monday morning. 

The OHP says the crash occurred on Highway 75 at 271st Street South in northern Okmulgee County. 

Troopers say the bus was carrying 33 students at the time.

The OHP said the two students were taken to an Okmulgee hospital where they were treated and released. The driver of the car was also injured and taken to the same hospital. Troopers said there was no word on the extent of his injuries.

An investigation into the crash continues.
