According to the Broken Arrow Police Department, beginning March 10 through March 14, it will be granting amnesty to anyone with an active warrant.

They say for the warrant to be recalled, 10 percent of the total bond amount will need to be paid. After that, a payment plan will be set up for the remaining amount.

Payments will only be accepted in person, and anyone participating in the program will not be arrested as long as they are making the scheduled payments.

Anyone interested in participating needs to contact the Broken Arrow Court Clerk's office, located at 2304 South First Place in Broken Arrow, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the amnesty week.

You also can call 918-451-8558 for more information.
