Tulsa Dad Sentenced To Prison For Crash Which Killed His Son

A Tulsa man was sentenced Wednesday in Muskogee County court to 15 years in prison with all but the first seven years suspended after entering a blind plea last year. 

Cody Welch, 34, was charged in the death of his five-year-old son following a drunk driving crash in Fort Gibson in March 2013. 

Welch entered the blind plea to a manslaughter charge in November 2013.
