½ cup all-natural almond butter
1 ¼ cup melted dark chocolate
1 dozen large strawberries
1 cup melted dark chocolate for dipping
Whip together almond butter and 1 ¼ cup melted chocolate, place in cooler until firm enough to pipe.
Slice strawberries at an angle on the bias as shown in picture, pipe filling on one side and sandwich with matching side. Refrigerate to set and firm up for dipping.
Dip chilled strawberries, refrigerate until coating is set.
